Notice of Temporary Suspension of Cashmallow Service

Dear customers,

Greetings from Cashmallow.

We would like to inform you that, as our current partnership agreement with our partner bank (DBS Bank) is coming to an end, our overseas remittance and foreign currency exchange services will be temporarily suspended starting from 00:00 on December 31, 2025.

Please note that E-tickets exchanged on or before December 31, 2025, may still be withdrawn as usual. If you have upcoming travel plans, we kindly recommend completing your currency exchange by December 31.

Cashmallow is currently in discussions with other banks regarding new partnerships. Once the necessary arrangements are completed, we will resume overseas remittance and foreign currency exchange services as soon as possible.

To minimize any inconvenience, we encourage you to make the necessary arrangements in advance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

If you have any pending transfer transactions, please be sure to contact our Customer Service Center by December 30, 2025, so that we may assist you accordingly.

In addition, please be advised that the Customer Service Center operating hours will be adjusted as follows:

Monday to Friday (Hong Kong Time): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Closed on public holidays)
