To improve service efficiency, starting October 15, 2025, all redeemed E-tickets will have a one-year withdrawal deadline from the redemption date.
E-tickets not withdrawn within one year will be automatically refunded based on the exchange rate on the refund date. This policy also applies to E-tickets redeemed since 2022 but not yet withdrawn.
- The policy applies to all currencies. Please ensure you complete your withdrawal before the deadline.
- If you have any E-tickets that have not yet been withdrawn, we will send you a separate email with detailed information.
- The E-tickets redeemed in Korean Won will be subject to this policy starting from January 2, 2026.
